I am experienced in teamwork and adept at working effectively with people in a range of settings including social care, voluntary committee and study groups. I spent 2 geological expeditions as a brigadier (1.5 month in a field camp,  Khakassia and mountain hike in Altai Mountains). I gained experience in influencing and motivating team members through working in dedicated teams and experience of working in a tough conditions.
