Conseillers Service Client - Français En partenariat avec SELLBYTEL, Entreprise spécialisée dans le support technique et dans les services, nous recrutons actuellement des Conseillers pour le Service client, langue française (niveau L1) afin de travailler au sein d’une nouvelle équipe dynamique pour le leader du secteur technologique (ordinateurs / MP3/ télécommunication, divertissement) sur notre site de Lisbonne. Notre département est en charge de la résolution de demandes techniques du client. Votre Mission • Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs en Inbound (par téléphone, courriel, messagerie vocale, ou autres alertes automatisées), actualisation et création de profils clients. Résolution de dossiers client dans le cadre du SLA; • Suivi / Clôture des demandes client de manière satisfaisante sur le programme de gestion des appels; • Mettre à jour de façon proactive les données desclients ayant un statut ou un dossier en cours; • Transmettre les demandes au(x) département(s) approprié(s); • Répondre rapidement et selon nos procédures internes; • Obtenir une haute satisfaction client. Prérequis • Le français et l'anglais courant, ou bilingue, sont exigés; • Connaissances avancées des outils informatiques; • Environnement Mac et Windows (perspective utilisateur); • 1 an d’expérience de service client, de préférence au support technique; • Responsable et autonome; • Bonnes capacités de communication, esprit d’équipe, flexibilité et résistance au stress.
