-Tooling support - Assist in the development of all necessary drawings and definition for FRP, thermoform and injection molding tooling construction as required. -Structure and lamination - Assist in the development of all structural arrangements, construction details and lamination schedules for each part of developmental project. -Arrangements - Assist in the development of exterior and interior arrangement drawings that specify type and location of all parts and hardware. Assist in the development of interior plan, profile, section and interior joiner and assembly details and construction drawings. -Systems - Assist in the development of mechanical, electrical and component systems for new and existing products. -Documentation - Assist in the development of documentation for manufacturing, parts, Owners Manuals and customer service. It is also applicable associates' degree or technical certificate. -The candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of 3D Computer Aided Design preferred (Team Center/NX required). A minimum 2 years of Product development or mechanical systems manufacturing experience/knowledge is preferred. The knowledge of Sigmanest or other CNC nesting software and boating experience is desirable. -Must be highly motivated, well organized, an excellent problem solver, motivator and decision -maker. Must also possess well -developed communication skills. PC proficiency with demonstrated knowledge of MS Office software, groupware programs and web -based applications. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for this role. -The ability to work in a multinational environment, excellent sense of organization and communication and the ability to multitask will also be extremely important.
