    HR Transformation Specialist

    Description:

    We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation Specialist to support the digitalization of HR services. As a key member of our project team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support in the rollout plan execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the digitalization of HR services from project initiation to successful implementation and post-implementation phases.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support in the rollout plan execution.
    • Support in the project team management and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
    • Conduct process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
    • Design and implement streamlined HR processes, leveraging technology solutions and automation.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and key metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in project management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
    • Strong process analysis and improvement skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and related technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
