    We invite you to explore a career in Revenue Management with PepsiCo. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sustainable growth by shaping and implementing impactful Revenue Management strategies in Portugal.

    As a Revenue Management Analyst, your mission will be to develop and implement effective Pack Price and Pricing Strategies, leveraging insights and market analysis to optimize performance across our OT and DTS channels.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Implement Effective Strategies: Identify opportunities within our portfolio, balance brand positioning with consumer price perception, and address revenue and profitability gaps across sales and distribution channels.
    • Support Promotional Strategy: Define optimal promotional guidelines that balance Share of Market (SOM) and Margin Contribution (MC), assess promotional performance, and make adjustments when needed.
    • Manage Revenue Initiatives: Create scorecards to track RM projects and evaluate the impact of changes to pack prices, promotions, etc.
    • Collaborate with Commercial Teams: Provide actionable insights and define a resilient strategy, working closely with the finance and commercial planning teams to ensure its implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 3-5 years experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, Planning, Insights or similar.
    • Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint, prior experience in different Insights tools like Nielsen, knowledge and understanding of different Finance KPIs & Concepts (NR, MC, Elasticity, etc).
    • Languages: Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
