    Our recent valuation of $2 billion reflects our commitment to innovation and growth. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in scaling our impact by helping us build a team of exceptional talent for our Portugal, US and Brazil markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review applicants and identify top talent for hiring managers to screen and interview
    • Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and a high touch experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
    • Schedule candidates throughout the interview process, providing a best-in-class interview experience
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever)

    Requirements

    • 2-5 years of recruiting experience
    • Experience hiring technical talent highly preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment
    • You're comfortable with ambiguity and have a problem-solver mindset
    • Experience working within an ATS
    • Strong verbal and written English skills
