    Job Title

    Your Role

    • Oversight of activities to ensure processes are followed and tickets are managed on time and with quality.
    • Direct management of L3 tickets or projects.
    • Analysis of releases and product features to provide proposals for enhancements and added value.

    About You

    • At least 1 year of experience working with a learning management system similar to Cornerstone.
    • English is mandatory.
    • French is desirable.
