    Job Description:

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled content moderator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating online content in German.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and analyze online content in German to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
    • Identify and escalate inappropriate content when necessary
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to improve moderation processes

    Requirements

    • Fluent German (C1-C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
    • Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism
    • No prior experience required – full training will be provided
    • Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
