    User Acquisition Specialist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, launching, and managing advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive app traffic.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Setting up and managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Unity, and other platforms.
    • Tracking the performance of advertising campaigns and optimizing them for better results.
    • Preparing and automating reports on campaign effectiveness.
    • Generating and documenting traffic hypotheses as tasks, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing results.
    • Testing hypotheses to reduce traffic acquisition costs.
    • Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns in Firebase and AppsFlyer.
    • Achieving set business goals and metrics.
    • Performing App Store Optimization (ASO) when necessary.
    • Developing technical specifications for creatives and ads.

    Requirements:

    • At least 2-3 years of experience in User Acquisition.
    • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, with deep knowledge of ad platforms and marketing strategies.
    • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and methods.
    • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
    • Fluent conversational skills in English.
