    Brief Role Description


    Consults and supports business leadership on strategic HR topics, defines and drives the strategic people agenda of the business / function and manages the talent process strategically and in selected events also transactionally.

    Possible Tasks within this Role

    • Implementar e otimizar soluções SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) e SuccessFactors;
    • Integrar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial nos processos de RH (onboarding, gestão de desempenho, etc.);
    • Analisar dados dos recursos humanos para gerar insights estratégicos e apoiar a tomada de decisão;
    • Automatizar processos administrativos e operacionais através de RPA "bots" e algoritmos de machine learning;
    • Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares para desenvolver soluções inovadoras e adquadas;
    • Garantir a conformidade com políticas de segurança de dados e RGPD.

    Qualification requirements


    Formação Académica:

    • Licenciatura em gestão de recursos humanos, gestão, engenharia informática, gestão de sistemas de informação, psicologia organizacional ou áreas similares.

    Experiência Profissional:

    • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em implementação e gestão de sistemas SAP aplicados ao departamento de Recursos Humanos.
    • Experiência comprovada em projetos que envolvam Inteligência Artificial ou Data Analytics em contexto de Recursos Humanos.

    Conhecimentos Específicos:

    • Domínio de SAP HCM e/ou SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Conhecimentos em ferramentas de IA aplicadas a RH (ex: chatbots, análise preditiva).
    • Familiaridade com linguagens de programação é valorizada.
    • Experiência com Power BI ou outras ferramentas de visualização de dados.

    • Pensamento analítico e orientação para resultados.
    • Capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
    • Proatividade e espírito inovador.
    • Sensibilidade para temas de ética e privacidade de dados.
