    Job Opportunity: Content Moderator

    About the Job

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Content Moderator in Lisbon. If you enjoy watching content such as short videos, comedy, or talent and want to work abroad with a diverse group of over 80 nationalities, this may be the right opportunity for you.

    Responsibilities

    • Reviewing content (videos, images, text, and audio) according to community guidelines and policies
    • Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
    • Able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation

    Requirements

    • EU Citizenship or valid residency card for Portugal
    • Fluent level of French and good level of English
    • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
    • Motivated and committed to work
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Team player willing to work with many other nationalities

    Benefits

    • Type of contract: long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year
    • Working hours: full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts; 24/7
    • Salary conditions:
      • a) Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
      • b) Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
    • For international candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
    • Compensation during training period if successful (10 days): 50% of hourly wages (lower taxes)
    • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within EU)
    • Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival
    • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by company
