    Content Moderator

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

    This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform
    • Evaluate and ensure the safety of users by reviewing and taking action on platform content and user accounts
    • Review sensitive advertisement content
    • Maintain high-quality reviews with accuracy and attention to detail

    Requirements

    • Native/Fluent Italian (C2) and Fluent English (B2)
    • Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage
    • Fast learning skills, developing abilities within a short period
    • Ability to work under pressure and remain focused
    • Able to distinguish personal beliefs from moderated content and policies
    • Empathetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude
