We are representing a leading Wealth Management firm in Loulé, Portugal, seeking an experienced and qualified Independent Financial Advisor to join our team.

As an Independent Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial advice to clients, helping them reach their financial objectives and secure their financial futures.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering expert financial advice and support.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing financial situations and future aspirations.
• Create and execute customized financial plans for clients, encompassing investment, retirement, and tax planning strategies.
• Regularly monitor clients' financial progress and adjust plans as required.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and deliver optimal service to clients.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor in the wealth management industry.
• Possession of industry-leading qualifications such as CFP, CFA, or other relevant certifications.
• Transferable client base and AUM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.

**Estimated Salary:** €80,000 - €120,000 per annum
