    Job Summary

    Keyrus seeks a Senior Business Analyst – MDM with TIBCO EBX Expertise. We value detail-oriented individuals with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills who can contribute to transforming possibilities into reality.

    This hybrid position is based in Lisbon, requiring 2 days/week at the office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead project scoping and estimate implementation workload.
    • Facilitate business workshops during the design phase.
    • Coordinate with technical, release management, and data integration teams.
    • Gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Develop functional designs for TIBCO EBX solutions (data models, rules, processes).
    • Update interface agreements and documentation.
    • Design and execute functional tests (UAT, integration).
    • Support end-users through migration, testing, and implementation phases.
    • Attend agile meetings to report progress and implementation status.

    Requirements for the Role

    • +5 years of proven experience in Business Analysis and Master Data Management (MDM).
    • Strong knowledge of TIBCO EBX and its integration.
    • Expertise in functional design and testing.
    • Strong coordination and documentation skills.
    • Experience with agile project methodologies.
    • French is a plus.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal.
