    Content Moderator Position

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

    About the Role:

    • Provide content regulation services for a social media platform, ensuring user safety and accuracy in content review.
    • Review sensitive advertisement content, maintaining a high level of quality and adherence to social media policies.

    Requirements:

    • Native or fluent German speaker (C2) with strong written and spoken communication skills; proficient in English (B2).
    • Previous content moderation experience is an advantage.
    • Natural fast learner with the ability to develop skills quickly.
    • Ability to work under pressure, distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content, and maintain attention to detail.
    • Empathetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude.

    Offer:

    • Rotating shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-10PM.
