    Job Title: Financial Analyst

    This position plays a pivotal role in our finance team, leveraging analytical skills and digital proficiency to streamline processes and enhance financial decision-making.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take charge of swift digital tool implementation to enhance efficiency in financial processes;
    • Lead efforts in organizing and structuring financial data for optimal analysis and reporting;
    • Automate and simplify billing flows to improve accuracy and speed in financial transactions;
    • Develop comprehensive financial dashboards to provide real-time insights for informed decision-making;
    • Aceelerate the ERP implementation process from a financial perspective, ensuring seamless integration;
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of various revenue streams, exploring different variations and scenarios;
    • Analyze and assess costs to identify opportunities for optimization and cost-saving measures;
    • Play a crucial role in cash flow analysis, providing insights and recommendations for strategic financial planning.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in Finance;
    • Fluent in English and Portuguese, other languages would be a plus;
    • Proficiency in digital tools and a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance financial processes;
    • Strong analytical abilities to perform different variations and scenarios related to revenue streams and cost analysis;
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to expedite their implementation from a financial perspective;
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with senior team members and present financial insights;
    • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges and optimize financial operations.
