    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled.

    About the Role

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Providing a content regulation service for one of the largest technological platforms in the world;
    • Evaluating and acting on platform store content to ensure compliance with policies;
    • Maintaining high quality in each case reviewed;
    • Ensuring training, standards, and policies are provided and adhered to.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • An advanced level of Danish (written and oral) (C1);
    • English language skills at an intermediate level;
    • Prior customer service experience (minimum 6 months);
    • A high level of curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;
    • The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
    • Skilled in multi-tasking and working under pressure;
    • A fast learning pace and diligent work ethic.
