    As a Content Moderator at our Lisbon office, you will be part of an international team with over 80 different nationalities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about online trends and content creation.

    Your Responsibilities:

    1. Content Review: You will review videos, images, text, and audio content according to our policies.
    2. Customer Support: You will respond to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
    3. User and Brand Safety: You will ensure user and brand safety by identifying and removing sensitive content.
    4. 24/7 Shift Rotation: You will work on a rotating shift schedule to provide services around the clock.

    Requirements:

    • You have fluent Italian and good English skills.
    • You are open to working abroad and staying up-to-date with social media trends.
    • You possess excellent communication and listening skills.
    • You are motivated, committed, and a team player willing to collaborate with diverse nationalities.

    What We Offer:

    1. Type of Contract: A long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year.
    2. Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts; 24/7.
    3. Salary Conditions:
      • Including free accommodation: 850€ gross/month
      • Excluding accommodation: 1080€ gross/month
