    About the OpportunityOur client is a well-established German company with over 20 years of market presence, serving more than 5,000 clients across various industries.

    They have developed a sophisticated SaaS platform focused on resilience and emergency management, supporting critical operations for organizations in high-stakes environments.

    The current project involves building and enhancing mission-critical SaaS solutions that play a vital role in business continuity and emergency response.

    As part of their strategic expansion, the company is planning to establish a European Center of Excellence in Central and Northern Portugal.

    To support this growth, we are looking for software engineers at various levels of seniority, with a strong focus on backend development using technologies such as .

    NET, Java, Python, or PHP.This is a hybrid role, requiring regular office presence.

    This setup is essential to foster a strong team culture, provide structured training and mentorship, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

    Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-3 years of QA testing experienceExperience with software development lifecycle and testing methodologiesTechnical SkillsProficiency in manual testing techniques (knowledge of automation would be considered as a big plus)

    Knowledge of testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar)Understanding of bug tracking and test case management systemsFamiliarity with API testing and database queriesCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to create comprehensive test plans and documentationExperience with regression, functional, and user acceptance testingUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum development processesSoft SkillsClear written and verbal communicationCollaborative team player with cross-functional teamsSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyAdaptable to changing priorities and tight deadlinesPreferred QualificationsISTQB certification or similar QA credentialsExperience with performance and security testingKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesMobile application testing experienceWhat We OfferImpactful Work :
