    Senior Analyst, Revenue Systems Ops

    Job Description:

    The Senior Analyst, Revenue Systems Ops will support strategic and tactical platform projects to improve usability, increase business efficiencies, and deliver enhancements and fixes to the Revenue operational systems managed by the Insights and Enablement team.

    Responsibilities include providing first tier technical and process support directly for inquiries for Revenue Business Operation's platforms, operational support of product line campaigns, investigation and resolution of issues, periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits, and supporting platform maintenance and enhancements as defined in the operations roadmap.

    Requirements:

    1. BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education.
    2. Experience contributing to the delivery of accurate and timely resolutions to inquiries under direct guidance.
    3. Demonstrates strong knowledge of customer service standards, processes, and tools.
    4. Demonstrates ability to contribute to support projects/inquiries related to CRM, ERP, and other operational systems (Oracle, Salesforce.com, Billing, etc.).
    5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    6. Advanced software skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Access and Visio a plus.
    7. Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
    8. Detail-oriented and results-oriented.
    9. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
    10. Keen analytical and proven problem-solving skills.
