    Descrição do Cargo:

    O cargo em questão é o de Coordenador de Escritório (m/f) para os nossos escritórios em Portimão. Sua responsabilidade será a gestão administrativa de Recursos Humanos inerentes à área do trabalho temporário;

    Tarefas Principais:

    • Preparação de informação e execução de processamento salarial;
    • Comunicações e esclarecimento de dúvidas aos colaboradores;
    • Acompanhamento de colaboradores colocados;
    • Acompanhamento e gestão dos clientes ativos;

    Requisitos:

    • 12o ano ou Formação Superior em Recursos Humanos ou similar;
    • Prática na utilização da ferramenta GTT e PHC (não obrigatório);
    • Conhecimentos de inglês;
    • Excelente capacidade comunicativa e de interação;
    • Responsável, organizado e com capacidade de priorizar;
    • Capacidade de adaptação a um contexto dinâmico e de aprendizagem;
    • Sentido de responsabilidade e resiliência;
    • Orientação para cumprimento de objetivos;
    • Experiência anterior na área administrativa no setor;
