    Job Summary

    The position of Content Moderator is a full-time role based in Lisbon, Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing user reports regarding website content and ensuring daily compliance with set policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing user reports and taking corrective measures to maintain content compliance
    • Applying defined policies and procedures to resolve inquiries and make well-balanced decisions
    • Proposing solutions to improve support for the user community
    • Reviewing sensitive content, which may involve graphic or disturbing subject matter

    Requirements:

    • Native/fluent German (C1) both orally and in writing
    • Fluent English (at least B2)
    • Excellent communication skills with highly developed interpersonal skills
    • Quick learner and adaptable to new processes, concepts, and skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
    • Able to objectively evaluate and classify content
