    Senior Analyst, Revenue Systems Ops

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support strategic and tactical platform projects to improve usability, increase business efficiencies, and deliver enhancements and fixes to the Revenue operational systems managed by the I&E System Operations team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first tier technical and process support directly for inquiries for Revenue Business Operation's platforms.
    • Operational support of our product line campaigns including Client Services Revenue, Subscriptions, Platforms, Bulletins, and other bulk product deliveries.
    • Under general supervision, support investigation and resolution of issues, concerns, and general requests.
    • Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits.
    • Support platform maintenance and enhancements as defined in the operations roadmap for integrations and system improvements.

    About You

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education.
    • Experience contributing to the delivery of accurate and timely resolutions to inquiries under direct guidance.
    • Demonstrates strong knowledge of customer service standards, processes, and tools.
    • Demonstrates ability to contribute to support projects/inquiries related to CRM, ERP, and other operational systems.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Advanced software skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
