    Role Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands.

    Salary and Benefits

    The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of €45,000 per annum, plus bonus, and a range of benefits including reimbursed airfare to support relocation, accommodation support for candidates coming from outside of Portugal, meal allowance paid in voucher card (net), monthly performance bonus, full-time schedule, and continuous training and professional development.

    Job Responsibilities

    The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, conducting interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, establishing relationships with different departments and managers to validate information, preparing and onboarding new employees, building strong relationships with candidates during the selection process, creating, updating, and maintaining analytical reports and databases.

    Requirements

    • Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
    • English fluency (B2 level).
    • University degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar.
    • Proven work experience in recruitment.
    • Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with recruitment process methods, Applicant Tracking Systems, and resume databases.
