    Garantir a entrega das soluções visuais definidas de acordo com a estratégia da marca e os objetivos.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Supervisionar as atividades de design e coordenar a equipa, incluindo formação on the job e integração de novos elementos;
    • Acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos trabalhos da equipa para garantir o alinhamento com a estratégia da hôma, os objetivos e o planeamento definido;
    • Definir a distribuição semanal do trabalho da equipa e apoiar na redefinição de prioridades;
    • Gerir e contratar fornecedores/parceiros dentro do seu âmbito de responsabilidade (fotógrafos, videógrafos, produtores, etc.);
    • Desenvolver trabalhos de design e peças de comunicação criativas, em coerência com a estratégia da hôma e com o plano de comunicação definido;
    • Mantenha-se atualizado face a tendências de mercado e inovações na sua área de atuação, incorporando-as sempre que necessário no desenrolar da atividade.

    Requisitos:

    • Formação Superior em design, design gráfico, design de comunicação ou área similar;
    • Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos em funções similares, de gestão direta de equipa de trabalho;
    • Competência de gestão de projetos;
    • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês;
    • Dominio dos softwares Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator e InDesign;
    • Conhecimentos e experiência de Edição de Vídeo;
    • Conhecimentos e experiência de Fotografia.
