    Senior Project Manager

    This is a hybrid opportunity based in Lisbon, allowing for work-from-home flexibility three days a week.

    As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all stakeholders within the project perimeter, facilitating committees, and ensuring effective team supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and resolving conflicts efficiently.
    2. Organize committee meetings, ensuring agendas are followed and decisions are documented and communicated.
    3. Manage budgets by creating and monitoring plans, tracking expenses, and optimizing financial resource utilization.
    4. Lead a team, setting objectives, providing guidance and support, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive team environment.
    5. Ensure team alignment with project objectives, provide necessary resources, and manage schedules to meet deadlines.

    Requirements:

    1. Proficiency in French at a B2 level.
    2. Expertise in specific functional areas, such as instant payment and payment methods.
    3. Agile methodology proficiency.
    4. Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with internal and external support teams.
    5. Capability to produce technical and functional deliverables.
