    Overview / Summary:

    We are seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our team and respond to the growing demand for recruitment opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and attract skilled candidates for IT outsourcing projects that meet client requirements.
    • Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific client needs.
    • Facilitate communication between candidates, the sales team, and clients to ensure alignment on expectations and timelines.
    • Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear and professional communication throughout the process.
    • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to suggest improvements in efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Prioritize maintaining an up-to-date talent database with relevant skills for future outsourcing needs.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
    • Experience: 2-4 years in IT recruitment with a focus on outsourcing processes; Familiarity with ATS systems (such as Manatal, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse) and ability to attract talent for specific projects.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, managing multiple stakeholders, including clients and candidates; Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on results delivery and expectation management.
    • Languages: Native Portuguese; Fluent in English; Additional languages a plus.

    Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per year
