Responsible for the affiliate's management and report to the Affiliate Operation Director Southern Europe;Be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, including setting revenue/profit growth targets; developing and selling unique, tailored solutions that create customer value;Coordinating enterprise resources across the area to deliver value customers;Gain deep understanding of account needs; stakeholders and competitive situations in hospitals and private labs;Analyze the impact of market trends and factors on clients;Develop tactical account plans to achieve goals including sales, margin, cash collection;Identify new business opportunities by initiating, developing or delivering unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for the customer;Focus on largest and most complex accounts, may also be responsible for simple networks but acting as leading area;Propose commercial policy evolutions to management that fit with the market expectations;Prepare business plan forecasts to upper management;Provide regular sales data about the national sales to management;Set goals and monitor progress;Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system;Coordinate service activities with an external service partner;Involve the teams for a regular use of the CRM;Implement, with the support of the Financial Department, an action plan for cash collection.
Technical or scientific undergraduate degree with an MBA or equivalent business experience;Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management;Experience in the Medical Device, Healthcare or Life Sciences industry;Proven experience in Leadership, with effective work team organization;Experience in regulated markets;Experience in developing sales and commercial marketing strategies;Profile with a high business vision, focused on commercial competition;Fluency in Spanish and high level of English.
