ROLE DESCRIPTION


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage user account and password management processes.- Monitor and Manage Privileged Access Management.- Report risks as identified to support the assessment of remediation.- Implement rigid change control as per user requirements to ensure fits and adheres to standards and policies.

Ensure solution is accommodating joiners, leavers, mover's concepts.- Creates and maintain detailed documentation based on new and existing processes and procedures and
- security and access controls, manage approvals and version controls.
  • Generates weekly and monthly metrics for access and audit reports.
  • Responds to audit requests or findings related to assigned technologies.
  • Ensures that critical events and alerts are escalated within SLA agreement and documented.
  • Identifying and reporting possible security issues, incidents, and violations of security policies.
  • Application risk assessment from identity & access standpoint including Designing, Configuring and Implementing IAM Solutions across Kantar
  • SOX control
  • Monthly, quarterly reporting
  • Yearly Application Security Audit

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


As part of the Cyber Security tower, the role requires the ability to navigate a complex environment that is undergoing a period of rapid transformation.

- Minimum 1 year experience in IAM administration- Bachelor/Masters degree in IT/Security related field- Knowledge and experience of one or more IAM tools- IAM certification/s- an ability to adapt to changing requirements- strong self-motivation, a self-starter- strong problem solving and decision-making skills- a strong sense of ownership and delivery focus- excellent written and spoken English- an ability to present complex or technical information simply and clearly

In addition, experience in the following areas would be advantageous, but is not required.- Experience of configuring and/or using IAM systems, such as SailPoint or Okta
