KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures;
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased;
Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records;
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc;
Negotiate, establish, and manage a network of suppliers;
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers;
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports;
Purchase order processing;
Reception and processing of suppliers' invoices;
Overseeing and supervising all purchasing activities of the company related with travel management and fleet management.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred;
5+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software;
Negotiation skills. Strong communication and able to easily establish good interpersonal relations;
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills;
Attention to detail;
Fluent English language skills.
