Kelly Engineering is recruiting a
Key Account for our client
Electronics Manufacturing sector, located inPorto, Aveiro, Braga.

Responsabilities:

Customers (Installers, HVAC Distributors and Retail) visits presenting new product & service features, providing suitable solutions for their proposals;
Training and provide tools to increase customer performance and clarify the doubts how to use in the right way the products;
Availability to listen the customer and overcome the barriers, prepare proposals, orders management, financial customers status monitoring and sales forecast with full understanding of ownership;
Develop prospect actions to find new customers and new opportunities and classify by importance level and needs;
Prepare recommendations to company based on market informations, market dynamics, campaigns and customers' needs;
Keep an organized archive by product requests, LT products, goals and achievement ratio and be always provided with digital/paper marketing material;
Be aware of importance of report for internal share and strategy plan development;
Responsibility of Center Installers and Retail;
Develop dep. cross sales and cross border opportunities to create customer add value and company sales turnover increment;
Cooperation and streamlining with financial dep. for customers aging performance;
Responsible for stocks forecast and LTI sellin.

Requirements:

Degree in Electromechanical / Mechanical Engineer;
3/4 years experience with a top tier firm and/or technical consulting in a global company;
Knowledge & experience of B2B related industry, especially HVAC or Lighting/BMS/control industry is plus;
Excellent problem solving skills demonstrated with relevant projects in consulting or previous job experience;
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse functions, people from different organizations, and manage various stakeholders;
Ambition, determination, selfconfidence, motivation and technical engineering knowledge for goals achievement;
English intermediate.
