English speakers Talent for our prestigious client in Lisbon for Customer Support in Health area.
Project:
The project company specializes in the development of innovative medical devices to make life easier for patients with diabetes and other diseases.
Responsabilities:
- Assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product;
- Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device and safety;
- Support customers regarding questions about shipping, return, exchange policy and payment transactions;
- Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes
Profile:
- Native/Fluent in
English (mandatory); - Experience 2 years in Troubleshooting/Technical Support (mandatory);
- Able to handle sensitive information;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Experience in telephone customer service (preferred).
- Experience in Health area (preferred);
Offer:
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday 10pm to 7am with 2 days off/week;

Salary: 925.00€ - 1,150.00€ per month

- High school or equivalent (required)

- Technical support: 2 years (required)
