PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Demand & Transformation Manager | PMO

Your mission:

Orchestrate the IT demand funnel, managing global demands from businessside definition through development and testing within IT, to enable transparency about need and capacity for effort, as well as factbased prioritization;
Establish project governance structures, policies and procedures to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives;
Develop and implement project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall or a hybrid approach, to guide the execution and delivery of large IT transformation projects;
Define standardized project management models, tools, and techniques to promote consistency and efficiency across all projects;
Provide training, guidance and support to project managers and project teams to enhance their project management skills and competencies;
Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure optimal allocation and utilization across all projects;
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize the likelihood of project failure or delays;
Establish quality standards and processes to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and organizational requirements;
Generate project status reports, dashboards, and other communications materials to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and milestones;
Monitor and evaluate project performance against established metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary;
Manage the organization's project portfolio to prioritize and align projects with strategic objectives, optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment;
Continuously evaluate and improve project management practices, processes and methodologies based on lessons learned and industry best practices;
Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, and project teams, to gain buyin, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
Support program/project management and workflow leaders in the daily operations of large IT transformation projects.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Demand & Transformation Manager or Project Management Office Senior role;
Experience in standardizing and simplifying Project Management processes, practices, and governance;
Degree in Business Administration, Business Computing/Business IT, Computer Science or equivalent;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, agile Project Management tools, and other relevant software;
High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment;
English C1|C2;
Portuguese C1|C2.
