Your responsabilities:

Assist
Italian Speaking Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
Provide accurate and realtime responses to the customers inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Our expectations:

You speak
Italian in proficiency
Intermediate English level (at least B2)
You already live in Portugal

Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
Training is provided at the beginning of the work

Competetive salary and remuneration system:

900€ gross x 12months +
2 extra salaries per year

up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus,
- meal allowance
:7,23€ NET/working day (voucher):

- transport allowance
