SALESLAND is a multinational company providing outsourcing services in the sales field. Our customers use our services to maximize their sales and their market position.

We are recruiting for a brand in the tobacco industry who seeks to incorporate (full-time) a
Trade Support (M/F), in Lisbon.

Main Functions/Responsibilities:

Monitor daily the work done by the sales teams and activation actions taken, ensuring their quality;
Analyze and interpret the data collected from commercial teams, (e.g. number of sales made, existing stock, etc.) and writing commercial and data presentation reports;
Provide continuous feedback on the activities and actions developed by the commercials to the brand and project managers;
Develop the best reporting tools and provide support in maintaining the database of points of sale visited;
Present innovative strategies for the brand to be more competitive, proactive and make the difference against the competition, based on the results and analysis carried out;
Communicate with the field team, ensuring the best execution of the work and collaboration with the marketing group.

Requirements:

Higher education in Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing and/or other similar majors;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing or field force positions;
Experience in the tobacco sector (preferable);
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Teams, etc.);
Fluency in English (oral and written mandatory) and knowledge of Spanish.
Fluency in Portuguese (oral and written mandatory);
