About the job

The Cash Transfers Senior Officer is in charge of processing and validating cash transfers according to client instructions

Your Main Activities Are

Treatment of client's cash instructions (incoming and outgoing)
1st level control of operations
Treatment of standing orders, direct debits and prepaid cards
Ensure that market guidelines are being followed and perform coherence control on payments messages before releasing to the market in order to avoid delays
Ensure quality service for clients
Perform deep analisys for more complex cases and claims
Communicate and maintain a good relationship with the client, banks (information, improvements, developments, litigation), counterparties and custodians
Be able to follow rigorously the procedures in the place
Ensure the completeness and the accuracy of the payments in the respect of the cutoff's of treatment
Takes part in initiatives of processes improvement, IG mission, and Incidents, under the supervision of the Team Leader or Manager.
Responsible for Newcomers training, under the supervision of the Team Leader

Profile and Skills to Success

Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting, Business Management
34 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Financial Operations
Expertise in Operations and Processes
Control
Expertise in Financial Markets
Transversal Financial Markets
Strong Analytical Ability
Beginner level of MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT EXCEL and WORD
Strong Organisational, Attention to detail/rigor and Ability to collaborate/Teamwork skills
Fluency in English
Beginner level in French is a plus
