We are currently looking for a

Application Support Analyst to integrate one of your project teams in

Lisbon.


Main tasks:


  • Resolving incidents;
  • Answering user requests;
  • Monitoring production environments;
  • Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones.

Technical Skills:


  • Practice in Service Now;
  • Expertise in SQL /MySQL;
  • Expertise in Unix/Linux/Oracle;
  • Fluent English(mandatory).
