- At least three years of trainer/coach experience;
- High methodological and didactic competence;
- Media competence (handling media, designing flipcharts, pinboards, handling MS Office, etc.);
- Empathy and conflict management in dealing with participants, also in critical situations.
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry (trends, structures);
- Sound knowledge of the relevant target group technicians;
- Very good experience with car dealership processes;
- Experience in technology;
- General IT affinity and knowledge of databases / systems / system environments / interfaces;
- Sound knowledge of the system to be trained and the application (or corresponding acquisition);
- Sound knowledge of the affected processes and functions in the dealership.
- Professional, positive appearance;

- Strong moderation and presentation skills;
- Active information gathering and communication;
- High level of self-management and organisational skills.
