We are recruiting Client Advisors for our client, a leader in financial services, which has been considered this year as the best in the field of client relations in the banking sector.

Our goal is to create an innovation hub in the banking sector, essentially focused on the relationship with the customer.

Your mission at Webhelp
At Webhelp, your contribution will make a difference in our client's operations and their customers' lives.

You will be working for a leading digital bank in the European market, with the main objective of being in charge of all back-office operations and mail management for a digital bank.

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

Contact the bank's customers to introduce new products
Enhance the customer's experience in using the product
Insert new customer data and process it in the back office
Meet and exceed contractual goals

We will make a great match if you:

Native or fluent in French:
Previous experience as a customer consultant
Sales and upselling skills are highly valued
Analytical ability

Competitive salary (14 monthly or annual payments)
