Talent Development Specialist


Reporting to the head Performance, Learn & Grow cluster, this position is to be part of a team in a company committed to be the best place to work.

In this journey, you ́ll be called to develop a culture that embraces digital disruption and contribute to craft a clear integrated digital strategy.


What you'll do

  • Participate (coordinating and/or collaborating) in several critical projects related to our main goal of building the best experience possible for our employees, with emphasis to our service and offer to critical target groups (examples of products to be build: Talent Hub, Upskilling and Reskilling Framework, Succession Framework, among others);
  • Contributes to diagnosis the crosscutting actual and future critical skills that must be built/ bought to guarantee that the medium/long term company strategy is successfully implemented;
  • Participate into the definition of the framework, and respective assessment methods and tools, to validate the target groups that must be monitored closely by talent management team (eg: talent, critical positions, leadership roles, among others);
  • Participate in the definition of an agile succession planning strategy for the company critical positions
  • Active scout talent across business, run development dialogues and ensure the implementation of development actions. Contact person to discuss careerpath options (only with HiPos), knowing all the talents on his / her scope of intervention and being on top of talent data;
  • Serve as the liaison between L&D Team & HRBPs, in the definition of structured and customized growth initiatives/ programs for the defined target groups (contribute to coconstruct and implement, other development opportunities such as counselling, coaching, mentoring and jobrotation schemes, for instance);
  • Recommend, design, and implement measurement and evaluation strategies, to assess impact and outcomes of programs alongside L&D team;
  • Coordinate the Performance & Feedback cycle implementation, proposing continuous improvements and building initiatives to support a performance drivenorganization and foster a feedback Culture;
  • Support the development of highstandard analytics and indicators (reports, dashboards) to monitor the Talent management activity and measure it's impacts, producing relevant conclusions that help to address talent management strategy and priorities.

  • Experience for over 5 years in talent management area
  • Processes improvement driven and people experience obsessed
  • Professional coach, able to support assessments and feedback dialogues, advise on and drive development actions
  • Headhunter qualities, ensuring we are attracting diverse, multiskilled, high performing talent
  • Ability to work by projects with consulting skills
  • Highly motivated to make things happen
  • Resilient and with a positive attitude
  • Critical thinking and analytical capacity
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Fluent in English
