What You'll Do

Implementation Support:
Collaborate with our Global IT organization and local HR teams to implement new processes and integrations. From defining business requirements to managing and facilitating user acceptance testing and preparing the organization for implementation. You'll be at the forefront of driving change and innovation.

System Maintenance:

Act as the primary point of contact for functional areas within Human Resource teams worldwide, providing support for rollouts and maintenance.


Data Integrity:

Ensure data integrity across multiple systems, ensuring adherence to global templates and mapping values, conducting audits, and troubleshooting issues to maintain compliance with governance and policies.


Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities and analyze data for process improvement and efficiency gains, contributing to the evolution of our HRIS landscape.

Undertake additional project and administrative duties as assigned.

Total Workforce Management:

As part of our commitment to innovation and growth, we are transitioning from conventional HR processes to a Total Workforce Management approach.

This evolution involves piloting two new technologies - WorkForce Software and SAP Fieldglass.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving forward this initiative, particularly in refining and maximizing the capabilities of SAP Fieldglass within our solution.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required.


Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.

Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written).
