About the Job
The Debt Transaction Manager is responsible for developing Debt Solutions, assuring the monitorization and control of operational risk, while focusing on clients' needs


Your Main Activities Are

  • Launch and implement operations of Conventional and Structured debt
  • Monitor Conventional and Structured debt operations
  • Develop and manage specific projects carry out complex securitisations projects, analyse and communicate the impact of any new situations on a transaction
  • Coordinate and revision of the legal documentation of the transactions
  • Manage Billing and Revenue
  • Give operational support by ensuring the daily production inherent in the functions of Cash Manager, CDO Administrator, Custodian, Account bank, Paying Agent and respond to internal requests
  • Control and assess operational risks associated with structured transactions (based on documentation)
  • Understand the clients' needs and assist them on a daily basis

Profile and Skills to Success

  • University Attendance
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced level of English is mandatory (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of Financial Markets
  • Skills:
  • Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
