About the Job
The Debt Transaction Manager is responsible for developing Debt Solutions, assuring the monitorization and control of operational risk, while focusing on clients' needs

Your Main Activities Are

Launch and implement operations of Conventional and Structured debt
Monitor Conventional and Structured debt operations
Develop and manage specific projects carry out complex securitisations projects, analyse and communicate the impact of any new situations on a transaction
Coordinate and revision of the legal documentation of the transactions
Manage Billing and Revenue
Give operational support by ensuring the daily production inherent in the functions of Cash Manager, CDO Administrator, Custodian, Account bank, Paying Agent and respond to internal requests
Control and assess operational risks associated with structured transactions (based on documentation)
Understand the clients' needs and assist them on a daily basis

Profile and Skills to Success

University Attendance
Up to 2 years of relevant experience
Advanced level of English is mandatory (oral and written)
Good knowledge of Financial Markets
Skills:
Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
Attention to detail / rigor#LI-Hybrid
