Ferring+You

Responsible of overall accounting activities, namely in P2P.

Executer will be the point of contact to the business and the accounting manager to ensure all is properly performed, identifying risks and timely solution identification are key to create a trustful relationship, whereas creating a clear governance and communication dynamic is very important.

Your day at Ferring

This role contributes to proper and effective administrative, financial, tax and asset management, in compliance with existing fiscal and civil regulations, as well as with specific company policies and accounting principles.

Perform and control the end to end of activities in Purchase-to-Pay, including postings, payments and reconciliations, accruals and provisions. Support the business when required to lease any conflicts, looking for solutions.

Carries registration/booking of all incoming and outgoing transactions using Ferring accounting software and in compliance with local tax and legal requirements, as well, Ferring accounting policies and procedures.

Cash and Bank:
Ensures the payments are properly prepared, booked and reconciled with the suppliers accounts and effective purchases.

Control and Manage the End-to-End expense reports, from validation, booking and payout of expenses.

Behind our innovation There's you- Degree in accounting.- 3 to 4 years minimum experience in accounting.- Fluent in Portuguese and English mandatory.

Other language is valuable.- Demonstrated understanding of accounting and reporting principles and processes.- Customer Focus and Satisfaction mindset (quality and timeliness delivery).- Strong functional/Technical Skills (Protheus ERP is valuable).- Strong drive for achieving results.- Essential problem-solving skills and resilience.- Ability to effectively inform and plan.- Ability to work in decentralized finance structure.- Nice to have experience in Shared Services.- Good communication and stakeholder management.- Strong priority setting capabilities.- Proactive attitude towards work.
