We are looking for a
Supply Chain Specialist to join Bolt's
Groceries team on our journey to build our grocery vertical and dark stores all over the country and work both with local and HQ teams to achieve our ambitious delivery goals.

About the role


As a
Supply Chain Specialist will be one of the key members at our
Bolt Market local team and you will be
responsible for preparing our demand forecast.

You will work closely with all Category Managers in order to ensure we have the right selection and availability of all products across all our dark stores.

You must be able to thrive in a startup environment, and succeed in navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.

High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and great stakeholder management are essential to success in this role.


Your daily adventures will include:

Own the supply forecast for all our dark stores at a country level. You'll be the master of our assortment and drive what we stock in each dark store.


Track and control delivery processes and vendor performance metrics to always identify areas for improvement.


Work on inventories levels, keeping an accurate record of the process and analysing performance while always improving your playbooks.


Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.


Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, missing items, accidents).


About you:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field.


At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data. Experience in, data analysis, business intelligence, and/or implementing data-driven solutions is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in
English and Portuguese.

Advanced Excel skills.
