A dynamic, confident and active person with great organisational and communication skills.

A quick problem solver who enjoys interacting with people and is able to hold their own in representing Siesta Campers.

About your role

Your Tasks

Keeping our HQ booking system updated and organised
Helping our Front of House staff with issues before, during and after handover of vans
Assisting in quality management, development, improvement and monitoring of operational processes.

To join our Siesta family you will need the following

Level of education: High School
Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory); French, German an advantage
Drivers licence
Pleasant and clear telephone voice
Great communication skills and ability to work in a team
Previous experience in hospitality
Regular work in the weekends and handling of the outofhours emergency phone line will be a mandatory part of the position
