After sales support of all customers' requests in Italian BY EMAIL:

Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e.

troubleshooting, fraud order and returns:
"My toothbrush stopped working", "My TV arrived today after the repair, however it's still not working"

Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i

e:
I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering"

Answers delivery questions like: "I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue"

900€ gross x 14 months - basic salary,~

100€ gross project bonus - it's monthly fixed allowance

up to 100€ gross performance bonus,
