What you will do:


  • Assist with US federal income tax return and supporting calculations
  • Prepare US state income tax returns and supporting calculations
  • Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions
  • Prepare annual US tax information returns for nonUS subsidiaries (Form 5471 and Form 8858)
  • Assist with US tax provision calculations including book to tax differences
  • Support the preparation of the EIMEA CIT annual provision and ensure the proper reporting for Corporate (Global Tax Questionnaire)
  • Assist with the review tax returns, supporting calculations, and return to accrual calculations within the EIMEA region
  • Support the EIMEA region in payable reconciliation calculations
  • Proactively promote actions to detect and implement Taxrelated improvements (on systems, reporting tools, accounting procedures, Taxinefficiencies, etc.)
  • Support and contribute to the implementation of projects (SAP, Extension of business model, Post-M&A integrations)
  • Direct contact with Record to Report team on ongoing questions

About You:

You are a passionate Tax Analyst with working knowledge of the
US Tax System. You are a hands-on team player, strong communicator, with a curious personality.

You take ownership of your tasks e.g., US federal, state, and foreign income tax compliance, global tax provision calculations, process improvement projects and other tax department projects, within an international, cross functional, corporate working environment.


  • Approved accountancy qualification in financial accounting (preferred)
  • 2+ years post qualification experience
  • Excellent knowledge and experience related to CIT, preferably with different jurisdictions
  • Ability to extract, analyze and review data, making improvement suggestions
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • US GAAP knowledge
  • Good communication skills and the capability to independently interact with different stakeholders
  • Independent and proactive with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English language skills / intermediate Portuguese language skills
