We are recruiting an exceptional
Talent Sourcer Team Lead(M/F) fluent in English to join our client's operation in Lisbon.

Work schedule: 8h per day from 09 am to 06 pm, from Monday to Friday

Workplace:
Lisbon (close to Santa Apolónia)

What is going to be your mission?

Lead and manage a team of 6 talent sourcers;
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to enhance the find of top talent for different HQ functions (finance, marketing, controlling, tech, etc.) across the countries where the company is based;
Provide guidance, support, and performance reviews;
Liaise with hiring managers and other decisionmakers to understand their recruitment needs.

What do you need to have?

Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field;
Fluency in English at a written and spoken level;
Knowledge of German is a big plus;
Previous experience in a role managing a recruitment/sourcing team;
Strong recruitment knowledge of diverse industries, such as tech, finance, among others;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills;
You are experienced in using MS-Office programs especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Our client is an international mobility service provider with about 2,000 locations in more than 100 countries. They are internationally active in the business areas of vehicle rental, car sharing, ride-hailing, and subscription.
They are going to centralize and establish a Talent Source department in Lisbon and are looking for the best talent in Lisbon to be part of this new and amazing project
