POSITION OVERVIEW
As an
Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM), you will play a key role in the sales organization. You will partner across all of H. B.

Fuller to bring forward custom solutions to solve unique customer challenges while developing key relationships with executive stakeholders at the client primarily by telephone and other web based tools.

In this role, you'll advise customers about H. B. Fuller's broad range of products providing access to the latest company's product innovations.

You will be the primary point-of-contact for the account, responsible for driving our partnership into the future by bringing the best of H.

B. Fuller's products and solutions forward.

In this position you'll need to partner with field account managers, technical team, customer service and other related cross functional teams in other to bring the best that H.

B. Fuller has to offer.


ISAMs must be self-motivated with ability and initiative to find new projects in existing customers, increasing customer market share and profitability.

Also need to be resilient, energetic, and able to engage potential customers in valuable discussions that underline the value H.B.

Fuller can bring to their operations.


PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Manage sales at existing accounts and develop new business within assigned territory
  • Building, managing, and growing new strategic partnerships and leverage existing and past partner relationships
  • Reaching out to new companies, conducting presentations for prospective partners, negotiating, and managing deals and agreements
  • Communicating and reporting to Business Leadership Team progress of ongoing deals and forecast of future opportunities
  • Gain customer support and acceptance by engaging in technical discussions to determine requirements and expectations, then effectively explore product and service solutions.
  • Influence and gain alignment with both external and internal key decision makers and influencers at all levels of an organization
  • Implement pricing strategies
  • Register all the conversations and customer information in our CRM tool
  • Meet the required new business opportunities in pipeline
  • Meet the sales and margin targets defined for the year
  • Periodically visit customer sites or attend to fairs as needed (510% of time)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
2-4 years professional sales experience, driving new business opportunities with multiple technical product lines/families. Preferably in the industrial chemical industry.

  • Flawless
    English and Polish language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills

Master degree or equivalent experience (Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field);

  • Demonstrated experiences in sales, managing a big group of accounts, prospecting and new business development.
  • Ability to influence via phone, identify and gain access to decision makers, develop and close sales.
  • Strong computer competency specially in MS Office, database and other internet based software.
  • Ability to sell at all levels within organizations.
  • Proven experience & ability to work independently as well as in team environment.
  • Well organized, process and data driven, producing accurate and timely reports, etc.
