FOR OUR LOCATION IN TROFA WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A:

FINANCE CLERK CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING (M/F/D):

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and post accounts receivable transactions.
Control, clean up and monitor open items of assigned customers including account reconciliation.
Execution of dunning runs.
Accounts receivable master data creation and maintenance.
Coordination of trade credit insurance (reporting of overdue items and balances).
Preparation of evaluations and statistics; internal reporting.
Contact person for internal and external audits.
Review and optimization of own and adjacent accounting processes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Completed accounting training or comparable studies.
Relevant experience in Finance & Accounting of an industrial company.
Specialist further qualification is an advantage.
High affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills.
Confident and efficient handling of SAP and common MS Office programs.
Good command of written and spoken English.
